How Tamper-Evidence Works
① Every Action Hashed
Each audit entry — actor, timestamp, action, entity — is SHA-256 hashed and stored immutably.
② Chained Hashes
Each entry includes the previous entry's hash. Altering any record breaks every subsequent link in the chain.
③ Nightly Verification
The full chain is re-verified each night. Tampering triggers immediate alerts to platform administrators.
