Truth in transactions, enforced by system design

The trust layer for high-value real estate and IP transactions.

TransactionVeritas is built for the moments where capital, legal risk, and reputation meet. It combines verified disclosure, structured due diligence, conditional escrow, smart agreement logic, and evidence-grade recordkeeping in one institutional platform.

Operating Principle Escrow-first
01

Verify

Project disclosures, title context, ownership history, risk flags and party identities.

02

Control

Unit freeze, role-based approvals, milestone gating and regulated fund routing.

03

Execute

EOI, conditional allotment, hybrid agreements and lender-visible workflow status.

04

Enforce

Immutable events, audit trails, dispute packets and court-ready chronology.

Why It Feels Trustworthy

Built to reassure serious stakeholders in the first thirty seconds.

The brand language is deliberate: premium, legal, infrastructure-grade, and focused on control rather than hype. The platform does not claim to replace regulators, banks, or escrow institutions. It coordinates them.

Institutional posture

The platform is framed as infrastructure for serious transactions, not a speculative app. That signals reliability to banks, lawyers, developers, family offices and regulators.

Protection before promotion

The messaging leads with disclosure, due diligence, escrow logic, fraud prevention and dispute readiness. Visitors read safety before sales.

Clear role separation

Builders build. Banks fund. Escrow partners hold. Certifiers validate. The platform orchestrates and logs. That role clarity increases confidence.

The Business Structure

A full-stack trust architecture, not a narrow transaction tool.

The business begins with Indian real estate and is extensible into IP, licensing, digital assets, and other high-trust transfer environments. The structure is modular so the brand can scale without losing clarity.

Core Modules

The operating system behind trust-heavy deals.

Each module supports a separate control surface. Together they create a system that can become the market standard for how risky transactions are handled.

VeritasRegistry

Verified project records, unit data, disclosures, history, encumbrances and visibility controls.

VeritasDue

Automated and assisted due diligence, document validation, risk heatmaps and legal workflows.

VeritasEscrow

Conditional fund holding, payment reconciliation, milestone-linked release logic and refunds.

VeritasChain

Optional blockchain anchoring for document hashes, event proofs and unit freeze integrity.

VeritasShield

Duplicate sale detection, suspicious activity scoring and forensic-grade audit correlation.

VeritasResolve

Arbitration support, litigation-readiness and exportable evidence chronology for disputes.

Adoption Strategy

Control risk so the market chooses you by default.

Builders adopt for faster conversion and capital access. Buyers insist for escrow protection and fraud resistance. Banks require it to reduce underwriting opacity and disbursement risk.

Current Build Status

A working V0.1 system is now being built in this project.

The implementation now follows the V0.1 build prompt using a tightly scoped modular application, a relational data model, role-based interfaces, and lightweight client-side enhancements.

Application core

Routing, shared configuration, session auth, role checks, controllers, models and services are scaffolded.

Data model

Minimal V0.1 entities exist for users, organizations, projects, units, transactions, escrow intents, agreements, refunds and audit events.

Role-based UI

Separate admin, builder and buyer dashboards are in place for the first real end-to-end demo flow.

Agreement artifacts

The system already generates a stored HTML-rendered hybrid EOI and conditional allotment agreement artifact.
