① Every Action Hashed
Each audit entry is SHA-256 hashed and stored immutably alongside the record.
② Chained Hashes
Each entry's hash includes the previous entry's hash. Altering any record breaks all subsequent links.
③ Nightly Verification
The full chain is re-verified each night. Tampering triggers immediate platform administrator alerts.
